This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms of Service.
Please carefully review or Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100, non sale items.
SHIPPING FEES
We also offer shipping at the following rates:

| PRIORITY MAIL (2-3 business days) | $15.99 |
If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates give for delivery of the products are give in good faith but are estimates only.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free standard shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you reside and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes
- Not all shipping methods are available for certain items
- Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday (non holidays)
- To ensure same-day processing, orders must be placed by 12pm PST
- Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
Occasional delays during large promotional events or holiday rush could happen, incurring in additional shipping time. We will do our best to fulfill and ship your order out as soon as possible, but we ask for your understanding with any resulting delays. Any other delays after the package has been handed off to the carrier, are not our responsibility.
WHERE IS MY DELIVERY?
If the order has been shipped but hasn't arrived within the expected tracking time, please allow the carrier the full delivery period to complete the delivery. Once your package is confirmed as delivered per the tracking information, we consider that order complete.
We are not responsible for the following:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
For any missing items, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier to file a refund or insurance claim. For packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address but still missing (lost/stolen), we suggest contacting your financial institution for further assistance.
