What is Good Day Bébé?
Good Day Bébé is a childrenswear brand dedicated to providing high-quality, stylish, and affordable clothing for little ones. Our products are made in Korea, ensuring premium craftsmanship and comfort for your child.
Why are your clothes made in Korea?
Korean manufacturing is known for its high-quality standards, advanced textile technology, and commitment to safety. We work exclusively with KCC-certified factories to ensure that every piece meets rigorous quality requirements, giving parents peace of mind.
Ordering
How long does it take to process my order?
We process all orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-order items may take longer, and estimated times will be provided at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What are your shipping options?
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by location)
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $100!
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your package’s journey!
What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALE. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective items. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances; only store credit is available.
We advise all customers to check their goods immediately upon delivery in the event a style may be damaged. All damage claims must be made within 3 business days of receipt of goods.
To file a claim on damaged items, please email support@gooddaybebe.com for your return authorization (RA) Request.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size and fitting guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

How should I care for my Good Day Bébé items?
We recommend gentle machine washing in cold water and air drying to maintain the longevity of the fabric. Avoid bleach and high heat.
