ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALE. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective items. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances; only store credit is available.
We advise all customers to check their goods immediately upon delivery in the event a style may be damaged. All damage claims must be made within 3 business days of receipt of goods.
To file a claim on damaged items, please email support@gooddaybebe.com for your return authorization (RA) Request.
REFUNDS
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Authorization Required
Prior to returning any item, you must contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and/or disposed of at our discretion.
Shipping Back
If you wish to have your unauthorized return items shipped back, we may offer this service. However, please note that we are not responsible for any shipping costs or issues that may occur during transit.
Waiver of Rights
By proceeding with an unauthorized return, you acknowledge and waive your rights to any payments or refunds related to the original purchase.
Exchanges
Applicability
Exchanges are available only for items that are received in a damaged or defective condition.
Process
Before requesting an exchange, please contact our customer service team for an exchange authorization.
Same Item Exchange
We will exchange a damaged or defective item only for the same product. If the item is sold out, you will be offered store credit or an alternative item of equal value at your discretion.
